Q.  Do you create the jewelry featured on this website?

A.  Yes! Each piece is individually handcrafted by me.

Q.  Do you do custom work?

A.  I do occasionally accept custom commissions.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in advance.  I keep the customer apprised of progress, via email/photos.

Q.  How long will it take my item to ship?

A.  Ready-made items will ship within 2 business days.  Made-to-order items will usually ship within 5-7 business days.  Orders placed around holidays may take longer. 

Q.  How do items ship?

A.  Items are carefully packaged in either a padded envelope or a small shipping box and sent via USPS First Class Mail (with delivery confirmation), unless the customer requests an alternate shipping method.  Please note:  if you pay via PayPal, I will ship only to the address you registered on PayPal.  This is required in order for the item to be covered by PayPal Protection.  (Please note that items are created, stored and shipped from a smoke-free, dog-friendly environment. I inspect carefully before shipping, but thought it important to mention.)

Q.  Do you offer international shipping?

A.  At this time, I do not offer international shipping.  It is, however, something I hope to offer in the future.

Q.  Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A.  While I hope you'll love the piece as much as I loved creating it, I understand that sometimes plans change.  In the unlikely event you'd like to return an items for exchange or refund, my policies are as follows:

• Customer must send an email to support@lisaraspino.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the item to request a return authorization.  In the case of damage or defect, please attach photos to the email.
• Once the return authorization is granted, the item must be securely packaged and shipped back via First Class Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) within 5 business days.
• The returned item must in new, unused condition (except in the case of defect or damage occurred in transit).
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping (except in the case of defect or damage occurred in transit).
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days.  Exchanges are processed within 3 to 7 business days (depending on whether replacement is ready-made or made-to-order).

Q.  Do you share my information with other parties?

A.  Ewww... no.  I do not share any identifiable information with any third party.

Q.  Who is Ripley?

A.  Short answer: Ripley is my dog -- but she's so much more than that. 

A.  Long answer:  Ripley is an Australian Cattle Dog (blue heeler).  While she's doesn't herd cattle, she does sometimes spend time in my jewelry studio where she is responsible for loss-prevention.  In other words, if I drop a small metal bit - or worse, a stone - and gasp (or cuss), she immediately watches where the item landed.  She stares until I can determine where she is looking.  She's self-taught and has a success rate of 80+%.  She's a good girl and generously rewarded for her work.  ;-)

Shipping

Cancellations, returns and refunds

1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours.

1.19 To cancel an order, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours.

1.20 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
